'To perform the Boxing Conditioning Superset athletes will need a set of Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and a coach or clock to keep track of working and resting sets. Athletes will attach the resistance bands just above the knees and begin the drill in a split squat position. Athletes will jump into the air and switch the position of their legs so they land with the opposite leg in front of them, opposite leg is behind them as well. Athletes will perform the split squats for 25-30 seconds before immediately moving into the spiderman push ups. To complete the spiderman push ups athletes will assume a proper push up position, perform one push up, alternate driving both knees into the side 4 times (two drives per knee) then performing another push up. Athletes will perform 4 rounds of the spiderman push ups to complete the superset. Athletes will complete 4 full rounds of both exercises to complete the superset. Allowing 35-45 seconds of rest between sets. For purchasing information of the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands or to learn additional conditioning workouts athletes and coaches should head to KbandsTraining.com. Here athletes will find a large amount of drills, information, and equipment that will help them in their quest to become a complete, high-level athlete.'
